We put advice at the centre of the process - rather than a product - which we believe is the only way to operate a professional and successful financial services business. We understand that different people will have different requirements and we always keep this mind when we provide our advice and recommendations.
We also understand the importance of consulting with experts and keeping our knowledge of the financial world up to date. We do this via structured programmes of Continuous Professional Development (with each adviser required to invest upwards of 50 hours a year). We believe that this due diligence is reflected in the recommendations that we make.
We subscribe to a number of information and analysis systems, such as de facto, and the Exchange to ensure that our recommendations are always well researched and presented.
To ensure that everything stays as ‘fresh’ as it was when it was first arranged, we’ve developed an effective investment management and review service, which typically culminates in an informative annual meeting at which your various arrangements can be reviewed in the context of your evolving needs.
All of our advice is individually tailored to your needs and every solution is individually researched from the wide range of products available from our providers. This is called the ‘whole of market’ approach. Be aware, that many firms these days have opted to provide a ‘Restricted’ advice offering – which means that they have ‘restricted’ their range of advice to a small number of providers.
We choose your provider with great care. Competitiveness, integrity and costs are key criteria in selecting these providers and we expect them to maintain high standards when dealing with our clients.
The firm encourages the development of strong personal relationships between our advisers and our clients, as we believe that this helps to lock into your financial goals and work better with you towards achieving the financial future that you would want for yourself.
The first step is to contact us for an initial consultation. To save you the embarrassment of having to ask, this will be, in the vast majority of cases, free of charge.
At your initial meeting, we will give you as much time as you need to explain your requirements and needs thoroughly, we will take the time to get to know you and the way that you think, we will be happy to talk you through your present arrangements and briefly highlight and discuss any obstacles that you perceive stand in the way of the achievement of your ultimate financial goals.
If we both feel that our services may be of use to you, we will let you know how we would advise you to proceed and provide an indication of the costs that may be involved.
